Job summary

nVent is seeking a Sales Manager Industrial to lead commercial operations across the Iberian market within the electrical and industrial automation sectors. You will execute strategic sales deployment directions, drive revenue and margin growth, lead the local sales team, and strengthen wholesale and customer relationships across the region.

Proven experience in industrial sales, locally and internationally (low-voltage).
Experience leading teams with strong communication and clear presentations.

Responsibilities

Ensure sales deployment directions set by the Cluster Manager are reflected in staffing of the sales company.
Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast.
Ensure accurate price lists and pricing procedures are implemented.
Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, collaborating with the Sales Support Manager.
Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan.
Conduct joint customer visits to maintain relationships and supervise field staff performance.
Lead wholesalers relationships, including agreements, bonuses, rebates, and data management.
