Pylontech is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across Iberia in the energy storage space. You will lead lead generation, qualify opportunities, and build a robust pipeline from initial contact to contract.

You will design strategies for C&I and residential projects, manage client relationships, craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure successful project delivery. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, project development, or project management within energy storage/renewable sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of new energy storage opportunities.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategy for C&I and residential storage projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and tenders with tailored technical specs and pricing.
• Lead contract negotiations with cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Coordinate with engineering, management, and operations to execute projects.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory updates to refine go-to-market strategies.
