Pylontech is expanding its Business Development presence in the Iberian region. We seek a dynamic BD Manager to lead growth across C&I and residential energy storage sectors, driving lead generation through to contract closure and project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in energy storage or renewables, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Join a global innovator delivering cutting-edge LiFePO4 storage solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related discipline. Energy storage or renewable energy focus preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, project development, or project management within energy storage, battery systems, or renewable energy sectors.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Mandarin or another European language is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities across Iberian region.
• Design and implement a strategy to win C&I and residential energy storage projects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders for energy storage solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, aligning with legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence and market visibility.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory updates to refine go-to-market strategies.
