Pylontech, a leading global provider of Battery Energy Storage Systems, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across Iberia in the Commercial & Industrial and residential energy storage segments.

You will lead lead generation, develop BD strategy, manage client relationships, tailor proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate projects with engineering and operations to ensure successful deliveries, while staying ahead of market trends.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and multi-phase projects.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and qualify new business opportunities.
• Design and implement a strategy for acquiring C&I and residential energy storage projects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids and tenders.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and internal teams to minimize risk.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Represent Pylontech at industry events and maintain market awareness.
