Pylontech is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth across Iberian C&I and residential energy storage segments. You will drive lead generation, qualify opportunities, and steer proposals from first contact to contract closure and project execution.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Mandarin or another major European language is advantageous. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams, represent the company at events, and build long-term

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in business development, project development or project management within energy storage/renewables.
Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin or another European language is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Lead generation, prospecting and qualification of new opportunities.
Design and implement strategies to acquire C&I and residential energy storage projects.
Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle.
Prepare proposals, bids, and tenders with tailored technical specs and pricing.
Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams.
Coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure timely delivery.
Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
