• Strong IAM capability and hands-on delivery.
• Experience with large transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Identity and Core Services transformation initiatives.
• Manage IAM modernization projects incl. Okta-to-Entra ID migrations and MFA.
• Oversee technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate scoping, planning, requirements, testing, deployment, and service transition.
• Manage plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure operational readiness and production handover.
• Maintain governance docs, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively.
