Job summary

Capitole is looking for an IAM Transformation Lead with 8+ years of IAM, information security, governance, or risk to join our team in Spain. You will own the end-to-end IAM program, including planning, onboarding, testing, go-live, and ongoing control improvements, while leading two business analysts and three integration engineers.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll define policies, manage risks and budgets, coordinate partners and vendors, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM, information security, governance, or risk, incl. ≥2 years in leadership
• Proven experience building an IAM or control function from the ground up
• End-to-end implementation of at least one IGA platform
• Experience coordinating with implementation partners, vendors, and mixed teams
• Strong programme and project management skills with budgeting and reporting
• Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle, role design, access reviews, and segregation of duties
• Experience in complex, federated, or multi-entity organisations
• English mandatory; Spanish & German are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM team of analysts and engineers, set priorities and maintain delivery standards
• Own end-to-end IGA platform implementation from planning to go-live
• Manage scope, milestones, budget, risks, dependencies and progress reporting
• Coordinate with partners, platform vendor, managed services and internal teams
• Define and maintain IAM policies, standards and operating model
• Design and operate IAM controls with audit-ready evidence
• Manage IAM risks, audits and regulatory reviews
• Define business roles, access concepts and segregation-of-duties rules
• Drive adoption of IAM operating model across portfolio companies
• Coordinate joiner/mover/leaver processes with HR and service desk
• Define and track IAM KPIs and maturity metrics and report to senior management
