Job summary

Set Europa is seeking a Core Services Technical Lead with 15+ years in IT infrastructure to drive Identity and Access Management transformations in a remote, freelance capacity across Europe.

You will own the delivery of IAM modernization projects, oversee cloud and directory migrations, and coordinate across distributed teams to ensure governance, risk management, and smooth handovers to production.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure, enterprise operations or related roles.
• Strong IAM expertise and proven transformation delivery.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, MFA, and cloud identity transitions.
• Experience coordinating complex workstreams in large transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity and Core Services transformation initiatives.
• Manage IAM modernization projects including Okta to Entra ID migrations and MFA implementations.
• Oversee the technical roadmap and align with business objectives.
• Coordinate scoping, planning, requirements, testing, deployment and service transition.
