Job summary

Power Factors in Sevilla is seeking a senior, self-sufficient IT professional to own EU IT operations and lead our identity and access management program. This high-trust role serves as the go-to IT expert across the region, operating independently with significant influence over security and scalability of our infrastructure.

You will combine IAM expertise with hands-on EU IT support—managing Microsoft 365, Atlassian stack, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD — conditional access, PIM, identity governance, and Defender integration
• Strong working knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP
• Proven experience administering the Microsoft 365 full suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender
• Atlassian administration experience (Jira and Confluence) — user management, integrations, workflow configuration
• Scripting and automation ability (PowerShell required; Python a plus) for identity workflows and IT operations
• Demonstrated experience with endpoint/device management (Intune or Jamf) and IT asset tracking
• Practical familiarity with AI productivity tools, particularly Claude — comfortable using, configuring, and governing AI in a business context
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound judgement calls without close supervision
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills a significant plus

Responsibilities

• Own the full IAM program: SSO, MFA, conditional access, PAM, and identity lifecycle across SaaS and internal apps
• Architect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; administer Microsoft Entra ID as the central identity provider
• Design and enforce RBAC/ABAC access models; lead access reviews and certification campaigns
• Build automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to reduce manual identity operations
• Define IAM policies and procedures; ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Monitor identity-related security events, investigate anomalies, and lead access-related incident response
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for EU employees — owning end-to-end support escalation and documentation
• Administer the Microsoft 365 full suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Purview
• Manage the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) at an admin level — configuration, user management, integrations, workflows
• Drive adoption and governance of AI productivity tooling including Claude; support employees in using AI tools effectively and securely
• Own hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, configuration, shipping, asset tracking, and secure decommissioning
• Lead IT onboarding and offboarding — new hires receive working equipment and correct access on day one; offboard promptly
• Maintain MDM/endpoint management (Intune or Jamf) and device patching across the EU fleet
• Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base; track support metrics and drive systemic fixes
