Power Factors seeks a senior IT professional to own EU IT operations and lead identity and access management. You will manage Microsoft 365, Atlassian stack, and AI tooling (Claude), while diagnosing Entra ID configurations and driving process improvements.

The role requires hands-on support ownership across the region, with independent work and strong security focus. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years IT experience with IAM, deep Entra ID expertise, and English proficiency; Spanish skills are

Formación

• 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in IAM or security engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Defender integration.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender.
• Atlassian admin experience: Jira/Confluence; user management & integrations.
• Scripting for identity workflows (PowerShell required; Python a plus).
• Experience with endpoint management (Intune or Jamf) and IT asset tracking.
• Familiar with Claude or AI productivity tools; governance and security awareness.
• Strong independent work style; capable of handling competing priorities.
• Excellent English; Spanish language skills are a significant plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own EU IAM program including SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle across SaaS apps.
• Architect integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM); administer Entra ID as identity provider.
• Design RBAC/ABAC models; lead access reviews and certifications.
• Build automation to reduce manual identity tasks; minimize excess access.
