Job summary
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Partner Technical Manager - Splunk to drive partner success across Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on enabling partners to independently deliver Splunk and Cisco solutions in a hybrid environment.
You will lead technical enablement, scorecards, and certified programs, while shaping opportunities and pipelines across cybersecurity, observability, and AI use cases. Travel across Spain and Portugal is expected.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or partner enablement.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, SIEM, or observability.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and demos.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Drive enablement and development of Splunk partners in Spain and Portugal.
- Create and update partner scorecards, plans, and certifications.
- Identify partner-influenced opportunities to grow pipeline.
- Host enablement sessions, workshops, and partner forums.
- Coach pre-sales teams on architectures, POVs/POCs.
- Lead competency development and hands-on workshops for Partner Upgrades.
- Guide partners to build repeatable solutions with Splunk and Cisco references.
- Serve as the technical bridge between internal and partner stakeholders.
- Track opportunities, perform architecture reviews, remove blockers.
