TOMRA Food is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to translate customer requirements into high-performing processing solutions. You will collaborate across Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, and project teams to guide solution development from discovery through handover.

Lead technical demonstrations, evaluate system concepts, and provide advisory content to help customers understand value and outcomes while supporting proposals and commercial teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, or equipment industries.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand process flows, production constraints, performance goals, and future capacity requirements.
• Map current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve throughput, product quality, yield, and equipment utilization.
• Develop solution concepts, equipment configurations, process layouts, technical specifications, and performance assumptions.
• Design and evaluate integrated processing systems, including interfaces with third-party equipment and surrounding infrastructure.
• Plan and conduct product demonstrations, application tests, field trials, and performance validation.
• Document test methods, results, risks, and recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical reviews with Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, and project delivery teams.
