HP Barcelona, based in Barcelona hub, is seeking a Digital Software Advisor to bridge HP’s software portfolio and customer success. In this role you will validate complex opportunities, demonstrate value across Workforce Experience, Security, and Collaboration solutions, and empower partners to win.

You will join an international team where your technical acumen directly influences sales revenue and customer satisfaction across HP’s digital services.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models, Endpoint Management (e.g., MS Intune, VMware Workspace ONE), and Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Exceptional presentation abilities and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proactive, analytical mindset for troubleshooting under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Validate technical fit of new software opportunities with Sales reps.
• Lead end-to-end execution of Proof of Concepts, including configuring environments and defining success criteria.
• Conduct remote demonstrations of HP software and tailor to IT admins or C-Level audiences.
• Design and deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and Channel Partners.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point during the sales cycle and early deployment.
• Capture field feedback to influence the product roadmap.
