Job summary

HP Spain is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant for Collaboration Solutions to drive revenue growth and pipeline in the End User segment. You will partner with Inside Account Executives, demonstrate HP Poly video collaboration portfolio, and translate technical benefits into business value.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, leading demonstrations, collaborating with partners, and managing forecasts and CRM hygiene to support customer success across Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Native Spanish language proficiency; high English proficiency.
• Experience in technology sales, inside sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for HP Poly video portfolio and present solutions.
• Assess customer needs and recommend video collaboration deployments.
• Provide guidance on architecture, interoperability, and device management.
• Lead product demonstrations, PoC activities, and workshops.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop sales strategies aligned with account plans.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and decision makers.
• Identify and advance opportunities; drive pipeline and revenue.
• Support negotiations and manage CRM forecasts.
