Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Madrid seeks a Payroll & HRIS Technician to oversee end-to-end payroll, maintain HRIS systems, and support HR process digitalization. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, IT and external providers to ensure accurate payroll, data integrity, GDPR compliance, and continuous improvement.

Hybrid work with 1 remote day per week. Requires 3–5 years in payroll admin and/or HRIS, fluent English and Spanish, and knowledge of major HRIS/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Payroll or HRIS certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time.
• Maintain and secure HRIS data, configurations, and workflows.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and analytics.
• Support HR process digitization and automation initiatives.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy.
