Iberostar Group seeks a Global Payroll Transformation Specialist to join our Global HR Ops team at the Palma de Mallorca headquarters. The role focuses on driving payroll process improvements, harmonization, and global mobility advisory across multiple geographies.

You will lead functional payroll maps and partner with HR teams during the Workday deployment. The position requires 3–5 years in global payroll or HR projects, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in global payroll environments, HR Operations or HR project management roles.
• Experience participating in HR transition projects, payroll migrations or system rollouts.
• Strong understanding of international payroll frameworks and payroll interfaces (PBRs).
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the key functional HR expert for global payroll maps and related Workday contexts during rollout.
• Partner with regional HR Operations teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and support validation of Workday payroll interfaces (PBRs).
• Define test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the HR/Payroll side to ensure data accuracy before upgrades or rollouts.
• Provide ongoing regional support post go-live and drive smooth business continuity.
