GEA Group in Granollers, Spain, is seeking an Interim Order Management Specialist to oversee national accounts. You will handle customer service requests, quotations, orders, invoicing, and contract management within a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates have back-office experience, admin training, and strong communication. This role emphasizes coordination across departments and delivery of high-quality service.

Formación

• Studies in Administration & Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of Back-office experience (Order Manager role).
• Training and experience in administration.
• Experience as part of a project management team is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to push for results.

Responsabilidades

• Customer service: Answer phone calls and manage requests, distributing as needed.
• Distributes requests from the common customer service Inbox to colleagues.
• Quotation Management: receives requests, manages quotations and follows up acceptance.
• Order Management: manage purchase orders, create sales orders and coordinate delivery.
• Order delivery tracking in coordination with Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Administrative management of service requests with scheduling based on availability.
• Invoicing of services: proforma and final, and issue credit notes as required.
• Maintenance contracts management: register information, control dates and billing.
• Management of incidents in the order-to-cash process until resolution.
• Travel management of technicians and colleagues.
