• 1 to 3 years in a technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation or technical support.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript and SQL, and comfortable with APIs and data handling.
• Enjoy structured, repeatable work and automation to improve processes.
• Able to manage several projects at once and keep them on schedule.
• Clear communication with customers and teammates, both written and spoken.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Run multiple mid-market implementations in parallel from kickoff to go-live on a fixed timeline.
• Configure and adapt agents from segment templates to each customer's policies, products and tone.
• Define outreach rules and channel mix per country regulations (voice, SMS, etc.).
• Set up data imports/exports using standard integration flows.
• Test agents with simulations and evaluations before launch; fix what fails.
• Analyze production performance (contact rates, promises, payments) and share findings with customers.
• Identify repetitive work and convert it into templates, scripts, or tooling.
• Help shape standard workflows for each segment (telco, utilities, healthcare, servicers, lenders).
• Hand over live customers to Deployment Strategists with clear documentation.
• Share product gaps and customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
