Murphy AI, based in Barcelona, is building an AI-powered debt collection platform used by banks, telcos and utilities. We seek a Forward Deployed Engineer in Barcelona to deploy Murphy across the Middle East and Arabic-speaking markets, working with product, engineering, deployment and revenue teams.

You will travel regularly to the Middle East to run discovery sessions, support deployments, and translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions, ensuring measurable value in

Formación

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.
• Based in Barcelona with international travel.
• Background in Data Science or Data Analysis.
• Ability to write and understand production-quality code.
• Capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end data flows and system behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technically robust client configurations.
• Optimize agent performance through data-driven iteration.
• Serve as the technical counterpart to clients in meetings.
• Provide structured product feedback with context and impact.
• Design scalable, reusable configurations for multiple clients.
