Zusammenfassung

Murphy is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead parallel mid-market deployments, configuring agents on Murphy’s platform and adapting templates for each client. You’ll test, go-live, and then monitor performance, iterating on agent strategies.

This role is based in Barcelona with hybrid work and a strong emphasis on automation and scalable workflows. You’ll join a team launching AI agents for banks, telcos, utilities, and healthcare, and you’ll work across product and engineering to improve

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years in a technical role: software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, technical support or technical consulting. Strong graduates are welcome too.
• You write Python and/or TypeScript and SQL, work with APIs and handle data files.
• You like structured, repeatable work and look for ways to automate it.
• You manage several projects at once and keep each one on schedule.
• You communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Run multiple mid-market implementations at the same time, from kickoff to go-live, on a fixed timeline.
• Configure and adapt agents from our segment templates to each customer’s policies, products and tone.
• Configure how and when we reach debtors: call windows, retry and frequency rules within each country’s regulations, channel mix (voice, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp), payment links and hand-offs to human agents.
• Set up customer data imports and exports using our standard integration flows.
• Test agents with simulations and evaluations before launch, and fix what fails.
• Analyze production performance (contact rates, promises, payments, funnel) with SQL and dashboards, explain results to customers, and turn findings into agent or strategy improvements.
