Murphy AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead enterprise AI agent deployments for banks. You will own end-to-end builds, from scoping to production, design prompts, and integrate with client systems across languages and channels.

Based in Barcelona, you will drive performance, diagnostics, and improvements while collaborating with executives and product teams. You will work in a fast-moving environment requiring strong coding, SQL, APIs, and hands-on experience with LLMs.

Formación

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (FDE, solutions engineering, or similar).
• Write code and SQL; work with APIs and end-to-end integrations.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompting, evals, guards, harnesses.
• Delivered production enterprise systems requiring structured testing.
• Able to explain technical decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise agent builds from POC to production.
• Define operating procedures with the customer and implement agent behavior.
• Design and engineer prompts and agent logic across languages and channels.
• Configure deployments with call windows, retries and channel mix per regulations.
• Build evaluation harnesses and regression tests against real call outcomes.
• Integrate Murphy with core banking and data pipelines.
• Diagnose failures from transcripts and logs and fix or flag.
• Analyze production performance with SQL and dashboards.
• Define success metrics with customers and meet timelines.
• Support sales with technical discovery and demos.
• Create reusable templates and train new engineers.
