UST España & Latam is seeking top talent for an Application Operations Support role in Madrid, hybrid (3 days at office, 2 WFH). Responsibilities include ensuring core banking applications operate smoothly, handling incident tickets within SLAs, and coordinating with multiple teams.

Formación
- Professional experience in application support
- Good Unix know-how; shell scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of Windows OS at server level
- Knowledge of Java application server, database and AWA is a plus
- Good written and spoken English; German an advantage
Responsabilidades
- Ensure operation of core banking applications (2nd level support)
- Process incident tickets from monitoring systems and local service desk within SLAs
- Coordinate between incident managers, application owners, 3rd level support and stakeholders
- Takeover of periodic on-call duty (weekly 7x24)
