Job summary

Alpega Group is seeking a Team Leader Inside Sales for Northern & Central Europe. You will lead and develop a regional Inside Sales team across Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, responsible for new customers and revenue goals, driving pipeline generation and conversion while optimizing processes.

Manage and coach the team, set hiring and onboarding plans, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Field Sales to ensure operational excellence and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Inside Sales or Sales leadership roles, with B2B or SaaS exposure.
• Experience coaching sales teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong pipeline generation, forecasting, and funnel management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across Northern & Central Europe.
• Lead by example; manage team performance and individual targets.
• Monitor KPIs: conversion, pipeline, speed-to-lead, activity, forecast accuracy, quota attainment.
• Own regional forecasting and pipeline visibility for the region.
• Ensure quality lead qualification and strong customer engagement.
