Job summary

HP in Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain is seeking an Iberia Collaboration Solutions Sales Specialist to drive revenue and pipeline for HP Poly video collaboration. You will partner with Account Executives, Inside Sales and Presales to identify opportunities, demonstrate solutions, and deliver compelling business value.

The role requires deep UC/AV knowledge, fluent Spanish and strong English, and a customer‑oriented, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Native Spanish with high English proficiency.
• Experience in technology sales or solution sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for HP Poly video portfolio and collaborate with sales teams.
• Assess customer needs and recommend video collaboration solutions for different rooms.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture, interoperability, deployment, and device management.
• Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and solution workshops.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with account plans.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and advance opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for collaboration solutions.
• Support negotiations and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
