Job summary

HP Iberia Collaboration Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in video collaboration solutions across the Iberia market. You will partner with Account Executives, Inside Sales and Presales to identify opportunities and position HP Poly video solutions for diverse meeting room environments.

The role requires a strong technical background in video conferencing, IT infrastructure, and enterprise collaboration, plus the ability to translate technical benefits into business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Native Spanish; high command of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the HP Poly video portfolio.
• Assess customer needs and recommend video collaboration solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, interoperability, and deployment.
• Lead product demonstrations, PoCs, and solution workshops.
• Collaborate with technical teams and partners for implementation.
• Develop and execute solution-specific sales strategies.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and decision‑makers.
• Identify and advance opportunities within accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Lead specialist portions of complex sales cycles and assist in negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
