Getnet Platforms is seeking a Product Analyst to translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements, collaborating with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
You will support backlog refinement, document requirements, and validate functionality through QA/UAT in a fast-paced, data-driven payments environment. Hybrid Madrid-based role.
Formación
- 5+ years in Product Analysis, BA, or Digital Product Delivery.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Experience in Agile environments and backlog refinement.
- Experience in payments, banking, or operational platforms (preferred).
Responsabilidades
- Analyse business and user requirements to define product needs and priorities.
- Translate needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement by documenting scope and tracking dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Validate delivered functionality through reviews and QA/UAT.
- Maintain accurate product documentation for development and operations.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities, escalating when needed.
- Support release planning and cross-team coordination.
