Job summary

Straumann Group in Madrid is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation of software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications) across Global Business Applications. The role requires a deep CSV and test management background with leadership experience.

You will define strategies, oversee validation documentation, implement test management for S/4HANA, coordinate with QA and compliance teams, and mentor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test & Project Management with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across IT, QA and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Validate documentation across SDLC with stakeholders; manage traceability and validation reports.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards with IT and QA.
• Define and implement Test Management for Business Applications and S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance teams and local CSV reps.
• Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other business apps; support audits.
