Talent Search People is seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional to join the Order to Cash team in a hybrid work setting in Spain. You will manage orders, coordinate with Logistics, handle invoicing, and monitor collections while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
• Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).

• Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.
• Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
