Job summary

Olistic is seeking a Customer Service & Success Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You will be the voice of the brand, delivering warm, fast, and effective care, and helping recover sales while building lasting relationships with customers.

You will use Zendesk, Shopify, and Recharge to assist with inquiries, orders, and post‑sale activities. A hybrid schedule and private health insurance are offered to support your work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service experience in ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Ability to communicate empathetically in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, phone and other channels.
• Manage orders and customer accounts in Shopify.
• Handle subscriptions in Recharge: sign-ups, cancellations and changes.
• Track orders, shipments, returns and incidents using internal tools.
• Identify opportunities to recover sales and reactivate customers.
• Collaborate with logistics, ecommerce and product teams to resolve cases.
