Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative in Barcelona (hybrid) to handle post-sale inquiries and provide exceptional customer support in English. You will respond to inquiries, propose cross-sell opportunities, and manage related tasks with CRM tools, while maintaining product knowledge and a service-driven mindset.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and IT literacy.

Formación

• Fluent in English; other language skills considered a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Knowledge of sales techniques including up-/cross-selling and handling objections.
• Customer-driven with motivation to work in sales and achieve targets.
• IT literacy and technical understanding of products.
• Ability to listen to customers and qualify needs effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat) for post-sale requests.
• Respond quickly and effectively to inbound queries.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
• Create quotes and pursue cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of store portfolio and post-sales processes.
• Initiate and manage post-sales tasks like cancellations, claims, and refunds using CRM tools.
