Job summary

Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a Scheduling Success Coordinator (French Speaker) to optimize field service planning and customer commitments from Barcelona.

You will lead the scheduling team within a geography, manage escalations, and coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance with engineering resources. The role requires strong planning, project/service management experience, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or project management is required.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Determine and develop approaches to assignments and processes; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Own confirmation of all onsite service orders within the geography.
• Ensure the most cost-effective Field Service Engineer is selected and rescheduled as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain customer satisfaction across touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate records of engineer availability and commitments.
