Americold, a global temperature-controlled infrastructure provider, seeks a proactive Recruiter for its Barcelona, Spain team. The role focuses on back office and diverse specialisms across the organization, including high-volume blue-collar hiring for warehouse operatives and logistics roles.

Hybrid work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote) is offered. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on diverse specialisms; agency and corporate recruitment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple disciplines (including blue-collar and operational roles).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and success factors.
• Coordinate interviews from scheduling to feedback and offer management.
