Responsibilities
- Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
- Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop the pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Researches industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge
- Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
- Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks
- Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
- Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
