Americold is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Barcelona team. You will handle back‑office and diverse talent needs, including blue‑collar warehouse roles, across Europe, with a focus on sourcing, screening and offer management.

We value candidates with agency and corporate recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams. This role follows a hybrid 3+2 policy in Barcelona.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in agency and corporate settings.
• Ability to recruit across Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and blue-collar roles.
• Fluent business English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Location: Barcelona with hybrid work policy (3+2).

Responsabilidades

• Talent sourcing across multiple channels and building a pipeline for diverse roles.
• Candidate screening to match job requirements and company culture.
• Stakeholder management with hiring managers and dept. heads.
• Coordinate interviews from scheduling to feedback and follow-up.
• Lead offer negotiations and onboarding coordination with HR.
