Americold is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Barcelona team. You will source candidates across multiple disciplines, screen for fit, and partner with hiring managers to understand needs for operations, finance, IT, and blue-collar roles.

This role supports employer branding, manages offers and onboarding, and helps evolve our European recruitment processes. The position offers a hybrid policy (3+2) and growth opportunities within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on diverse specialisms; experience in both agency and corporate recruitment is preferred
• Skills: recruit for a wide range of roles across Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and blue-collar warehouse positions; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Talent sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a strong pipeline across multiple disciplines.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to ensure candidates meet job requirements and culture fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Interview Coordination: Manage the full interview process from scheduling to feedback.
• Offer Management & Onboarding Support: Lead offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding with HR.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance Americold’s employer brand across Europe.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends and suggest process improvements.
