SD Worx Spain is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to help customers maximise the value of the SD Worx App and Portal. You will support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform queries across digital channels and phone.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.
• Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.
