SD Worx is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to help customers get the most from the SD Worx App and Portal. You will support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform-related queries through digital channels and phone support.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and French, strong English, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work in a hybrid environment with colleagues across Europe and gain opportunities for learning and career development.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.
• Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.
