Job summary

MSX International in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners, managing cases with professionalism and delivering excellent service. The role begins on-site and transitions to a hybrid model after training, offering growth in a multicultural environment.

The candidate must be a native or bilingual Hungarian speaker with English at B2-C1, at least 1 year in customer service, and solid MS Office365 skills.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Hungarian.
• English level B2-C1 required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Relations or related positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude.
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper issue understanding.
• Monitor open cases continuously until resolution.
• Identify when a case needs escalation to higher-level or specialized teams.
• Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in line with project KPIs.
