Job summary

MSX is seeking a Customer Service Agent based in Barcelona to be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners, managing and resolving cases with professionalism. The role starts with an on-site adaptation period, then becomes hybrid (50% remote).

The position is permanent full-time (40 hours/week) with a salary of €24,000 gross per year. MSX offers a hybrid work model after training, 26 total vacation days, and a flexible compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Danish required.
• English level B2–C1 required.
• At least 1 year in Customer Service, Contact Center, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle driver inquiries across multiple channels.
• Tackle complex and escalated cases with deep issue understanding.
• Monitor open cases until resolution and ensure timely closure.
• Escalate to higher-level or specialized teams when needed.
• Maintain positive customer experience in all interactions and meet KPIs.
