Job summary

MSX International in Barcelona seeks a Customer Service Agent who will be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners, resolving cases with professionalism and a focus on excellent service.

The role starts on-site with an adaptation period, then becomes hybrid (50% remote). It offers a permanent full-time contract, a €22,000 gross annual salary, and opportunities in a multicultural, international team.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker
• English level B2-C1 required
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Contact Center/Customer Relations
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive and negotiation-focused communication skills
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper issue understanding
• Monitor open cases until resolution
• Identify when escalation to higher-level or specialized teams is required
• Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels in line with project KPIs
