Job summary

MSX International in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Agent who will be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners. You will manage and resolve cases with professionalism while representing the OEM and delivering excellent service.

The role starts on-site in Barcelona with an initial adaptation period, then becomes hybrid (50% remote). Native Danish speakers with strong English (B2-C1) and at least 1 year in customer service are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Danish
• English at least B2-C1
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Contact Center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases with problem-solving ability
• Proficient in MS Office365 applications

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper issue understanding
• Monitor open cases continuously until resolution
• Identify when a case requires escalation to higher-level or specialized teams
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout interactions
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels in line with project KPIs
