Job summary

MSX International in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Agent who will be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners. You will manage and resolve customer cases with professionalism, ensuring an excellent service experience.

The role is based on-site with an initial adaptation period, after which it becomes hybrid (50% remote). Permanent full-time contract with a €22,000 gross annual salary, and a modern office at Carrer de la Constitució, 1, Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual French speaker.
• English level B2-C1 required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office365 with basic PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries across multiple channels.
• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper understanding.
• Monitor open cases until resolution.
• Escalate cases to higher-level or specialized teams when needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and KPI alignment.
