Job summary

MSX International in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners. You will manage inquiries across channels, resolve cases, and ensure excellent service while representing the OEM.

Initially on-site with a 50% hybrid option after training, the role requires native French skills, strong English, and at least 1 year in Customer Service or related fields. MSX offers a permanent full-time contract and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Native/bilingual French speaker
• Good level of English (B2-C1) required
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases
• Proficient in MS Office365 (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries across multiple channels
• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper issue understanding
• Monitor open cases until resolution
• Escalate to higher-level or specialized teams when needed
• Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels in line with project KPIs
