Job summary

Msxinternational in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Hungarian to handle driver inquiries across multiple channels, resolve complex cases, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout interactions. The position starts with an on-site adaptation period and then becomes hybrid (50% remote).

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Hungarian speaker.
• Good English level (B2-C1) required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Contact Center or related positions.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive and negotiation-focused communication skills.
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office365 applications, basic PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry (sales and after-sales) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries across multiple channels.
• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper issue understanding.
• Monitor open cases until resolution.
• Identify when a case should be escalated to higher-level or specialized teams.
• Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels in line with project KPIs.
