Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities. The role focuses on statistical programming, data analysis, and automation, ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with HTA interest.

Fluent German and English are required. The position offers a hybrid work model with collaboration across Market Access, HEOR, and EU-HTA teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred) and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, patient-relevant endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
