Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German proficiency to support AMNOG dossiers from a Spain-based, hybrid setup. The role emphasizes statistical programming, data analysis, and HTA-driven insights for Germany.

The candidate should have strong SAS/R skills, feed into Module 4 analyses, and collaborate with Market Access and EU-HTA teams while ensuring high-quality, audit-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG, or G‑BA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on statistics for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety and endpoints.
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure quality and interpret outputs clearly.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and relevant HTA bodies.
