Job summary

IQVIA in Spain seeks an ambitious HTA Programmer to support German health technology assessments (AMNOG) and market access activities. The role focuses on statistical programming for Module 4 analyses and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams in HEOR, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

Ideal candidates are biostatisticians or data scientists with strong SAS and R skills, SDTM/ADaM experience, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
