Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on statistical programming in SAS and R. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists who want to apply clinical evidence to reimbursement and market access decisions in a hybrid Spain-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and structured outputs.
• Affinity for data with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong background in statistics/data science/programming with focus on process automation.
• >2 years experience in advanced SAS programming; R programming is an advantage.
• >2 years hands-on clinical data analysis with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Solid understanding of core statistical methods used in clinical trials and HEOR.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety and endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons to support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for consistency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA, and relevant HTA bodies.
