Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain seeks an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers with statistical programming using SAS and R. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong HTA/Market Access interest and experience in clinical data analysis.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure rigorous methodological quality, and stay updated on IQWiG/G‑BA guidance while contributing to automated, reproducible analysis workflows.

Qualifications

Master's level degree in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM)
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures an advantage

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with focus on statistical analyses for Module 4
Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA)
Ensure quality and clarity of generated outcomes
Monitor developments from IQWiG, GBA and HTA bodies
