Job summary

IQVIA, based in Madrid, Spain, seeks a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities. Strong biostatistics or data science background with experience in SAS programming and CDISC standards is required. German and English fluency is essential.

The role focuses on statistical analyses for Module 4, data interpretation, and methodologic monitoring of IQWiG/G‑BA guidelines, with remote/hybrid work options in a Spain-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, Market Access or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
